Welcome to our Term 4 2024 Program. This program will involve 10 Friday sessions starting on Friday 18th October 2024 and ending on Friday 20th December 2024.

Our Term 4 will program will continue to develop players’ conceptual understanding of the game in small group settings. Our coaching methods combine game-understanding development with technical ball skills in our sessions to maximise learning outcomes for players. We cover all the core skills (shooting, dribbling, 1v1s, first touch) throughout each term but also fundamental movements (footwork, agility, etc) throughout each term as well. Term 4 will have a focus on shooting and striking the ball.

A component of each session will be dedicated to developing attributes such as speed, strength and agility, with testing performed at the start and end of the Term by our qualified Football Strength and Conditioning coach/Exercise Physiologist.

At Play Athlete Football Academy, we offer a serious fun environment for players wanting to learn. We have a holistic focus on wellbeing and development and aim to nurture our players to be not only proficient footballers, but embody our academy values of respect, resilience and quality.

Spots will be once again limited for this program to capture small groups, so register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
